RETURN AND REFUND POLICY

Returns:
You can request a return within 14 days after receiving your order. To be eligible, the item must be unused, in the same condition you received it, and in its original packaging.

Damaged, Defective, or Wrong Items:
If you receive a damaged, defective, or wrong product, contact us within 48 hours of delivery with clear photos or videos of the item and packaging. We will review the issue and provide a replacement, refund, or suitable solution.

Non-Returnable Items:
Used products, personal care items, beauty products, hygiene-related products, clearance items, and items damaged by customer handling may not be eligible for return unless they arrive damaged or incorrect.

Refunds:
Once your return request is approved and the returned item is received and inspected, your refund will be processed to your original payment method. Refund processing time may depend on your bank or payment provider.

Return Shipping:
Return shipping costs may be the customer’s responsibility unless the item received was damaged, defective, or incorrect.

Order Cancellation:
Orders can only be cancelled before they are processed or shipped. Once an order has been shipped, cancellation may not be possible.
